Is a Psychoeducational workshop which provides a bespoke approach specific to those attending. The session incorporates Cognitive behavioural therapy Tools and includes relaxation through visualisation.
The session is 2.5 and provides experiential learning – Maximum 8 Participants. The aim of the session is to provide a nurturing environment to promote self-care.
