Exam Stress

School can be a challenging experience for some especially around exam times. The build-up and pressure on our young people can be immense and can have a detrimental impact on their long-term emotional wellbeing if left unsupported. Working with them therapeutically using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy provides them with tools to enable and empower them to manage their varying stress levels and supports them to implement strategies to help them to develop positive behaviours around their thoughts and feelings about their exam experience.
